My Department's capital allocation for 2015 was agreed last week on the occasion of the Budget. The task over the next number of months is to calculate the expenditure commitments arising on projects under construction and schemes/initiatives under delivery. Such commitments will have a first call on the 2015 capital allocation and thereafter consideration will be given to projects and schemes/initiatives to be advanced during 2015. Until this process is finalised no decision can be taken on the issue of a Minor Works Grant 2015/2016 or otherwise.
