All Statutory Instruments signed by Ministers or Ministers of State at my Department are published and are listed, from 1997 onwards, on my Department's website at www.deti.ie/legislation. The dates on which they are subsequently laid before each House of the Oireachtas are available from the Oireachtas Library and Research Service, and details of the dates on which each Instrument was published in An Iris Oifigiúil can be obtained from the website of that service. One of the Offices of my Department is empowered to publish statutory instruments in its own right. Details of Employment Regulation Orders made by the Labour Court are published on their website at www.labourcourt.ie and the dates on which each Order was listed in An Iris Oifigiúil can be obtained from the website of that service. However, these Orders are not required to be laid before the Oireachtas. Information on Statutory Instruments signed by Agencies under the remit of my Department is a day-to-day matter for the Agencies concerned for which I have no function. The relevant Agencies, and the websites from which information can be obtained in this context are the Irish Auditing and Accounting Supervisory Authority at www.iaasa.ie and the Personal Injuries Assessment Board at www.injuriesboard.ie .
