I have received notice from Senator Mark Daly that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Taoiseach to discuss the reason he has not yet released documents prepared for his Department prior to the Seanad referendum in 2013, and his intentions in this regard.

I have also received notice from Senator Trevor Ó Clochartaigh of the following matter:

An gá atá le soiléiriú ón Aire Comhshaoil, Pobail agus Rialtais Aitiúil an bhfuil sé ar intinn aige imscrúdú neamhspleách a lorg i ndáil leis an gcaoi ar láimhseáil Comhairle Cathrach na Gaillimhe cás duine (sonraí tugtha) agus imthosca an cháis seo agus chun a fhiafraí an aontaíonn sé gur gá athbhreithniú a dhéanamh ar chumhacht feidhmeannach sna húdaráis áitiúla dá bharr sin.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
