I have received notice from Senator Kathryn Reilly that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to outline the reasons a promised podiatry post at Cavan hospital, sanctioned in April 2012, will now not be filled because of the HSE recruitment embargo, given that the post was planned as part of the national foot care programme.
I have also received notice from Senator Tony Mulcahy of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Social Protection, arising from her reply to the Adjournment debate of 23 October 2012, regarding domiciliary care allowance, to outline the qualification of each assessor without identifying the assessor; and if she will further outline whether he or she carries out any other role for her or any other Department.
I have also received notice from Senator Trevor Ó Clochartaigh of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Justice and Equality to discuss the announcement in October of an additional 170 vehicles for the Garda Síochána; to provide a breakdown by county and district of the allocation of these vehicles; if these vehicles have been allocated and, if not, the timescale for their distribution.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
