Before I call the next speaker, I am sure the Members of the House will wish to join me in welcoming a delegation from the Kenyan Parliamentary Service Commission, led by the Hon. Walter Nyambati, MP, who is the Vice Chairman of the commission. On my own behalf, and on behalf of my colleagues in Seanad Éireann, I extend a very warm welcome to the delegation and offer my sincere good wishes for a very successful visit.
