I have notice from Senator Cecilia Keaveney that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport to report on his interactions with his Northern counterparts to address the international port status of Magilligan, which has placed an economic noose on the Foyle ferry that is out for re-tender and is in need of a change of security status for this cross-Border project to thrive.

I have also received notice from Senator Nicky McFadden of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to liaise with and mediate between the nurse managers and the Health Service Executive to resolve the dispute in Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe, County Galway.

I have also received notice from Senator Paul Bradford of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to address the accommodation needs at Bishop Ahern national school, Leamlara, County Cork.

I have also received notice from Senator Pearse Doherty of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to publish a definitive list, on a county-by-county basis, of all schools which are using temporary prefabricated buildings as classrooms and the amount of public moneys spent on such.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected the matters raised by Senators Keaveney, McFadden and Bradford and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senator Doherty may give notice on another day of the matter he wishes to raise.
