I have received notice from Senator Terry that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to report on the options available to over 50 students who have been refused places, by way of lottery, in Castleknock community college, Dublin 15, for the academic year September 2004; and to state whether a child is entitled to attend his or her local school.

I have also received notice from Senator Morrissey of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport to clarify the position on the need to increase the height of the port tunnel in view of the ongoing debate on the issue.

I have also received notice from Senator Feighan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Finance to outline the reason the decentralisation of 10,000 jobs announced over three and a half years ago to areas which had not previously benefited from decentralisation, such as counties like Roscommon, has still not commenced; and if there are any proposals for decentralisation to Roscommon, Boyle, Castlerea and Ballaghaderreen.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
