Notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, Committee Stage of the Garda Síochána (Police Co-operation) Bill 2000 will be taken immediately following the conclusion of Report and Final Stages of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Bill 2002. The Minister and the spokespersons have been informed of the proposed arrangement. Given that everyone would like to proceed with Report and Final Stages of the Garda Síochána (Police Co-operation) Bill 2000 at the conclusion of Committee Stage, I wish to give advance notice that we are in the process of contacting the leaders of the various groups in that regard.

Acting Chairman:

Is that agreed? Agreed.
