I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves:(i) the terms of the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and Georgia, of the other part, signed at Brussels on 27th June, 2014,

(ii) the terms of the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Moldova, of the other part, signed at Brussels on 27th June, 2014, and

(iii) the terms of the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and Ukraine, of the other part, signed at Brussels on 21st March, 2014 and 27th June, 2014, copies which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 9th December, 2014,be referred to the Select Committee on Foreign Affairs and Trade, in accordance with Standing Order 82A(3)(b), which, not later than 27th January, 2015, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
