I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Peadar Tóibín - the treatment of former Tara mine workers; (2) Deputy Martin Ferris - issues surrounding school transport for post-primary students in north Kerry; (3) Deputy Joan Collins - the proposals for funding of €250 million in respect of priority new build projects and the need to extend the application deadline to allow Labre Park redevelopment plans by Dublin City Council to be included; (4) Deputy Jonathan O'Brien - the number of prisoners in Irish prisons who currently have or who are being tested for tuberculosis and the steps being taken to prevent the spread of the disease; (5) Deputy Michael Conaghan - the need to progress the housing scheme for residents at Labre Park, Ballyfermot, Dublin; (6) Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh - the proposals for funding of €250 million in respect of priority new build projects and the need to extend the applications deadline to allow Labre Park redevelopment plans by Dublin City Council to be included; (7) Deputy Seán Crowe - the loss of teaching posts at schools for children with special needs and the need to review the Department of Education and Skills and National Council for Special Education definitions of multiple disability governing the pupil-teacher ratio at such schools; (8) Deputy Regina Doherty - continuing reports of the theft of power and telecommunications cables; (9) Deputy Tom Fleming - the secondment of corporals and sergeants from the Defence Forces to assist the Garda Síochána; (10) Deputy Jim Daly - the need for an emergency fund for uninsured business victims of the recent flooding at Clonakilty, County Cork; (11) Deputy Mary Mitchell O'Connor - project maths in the leaving certificate 2012; (12) Deputy Damien English - the proposed 400 kV Meath to Tyrone interconnector development project; (13) Deputy Seamus Kirk - concerns about rostering and manpower in the ambulance service in the north east; (14) Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - an gá go soléireoidh an tAire an fáth ar cuireadh litir bagartha chuig fostaí de chuid na Roinnne sa bPáirc Náisiúnta i nDún na nGall maidir lena chuid fostaíochta; (15) Deputy Michael Lowry - the failure to re-open several short stay beds at the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles, County Tipperary; (16) Deputy Dan Neville - the recently published report highlighting the high levels of attempted suicide and self-harm in Ireland; (17) Deputy Charlie McConalogue - the closure of the crèche at Coláiste an Chraoibhín, Fermoy, County Cork; (18) Deputy Seamus Healy - the need to re-open the 22 closed beds at the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles, County Tipperary; (19) Deputy Seán Ó Fearghaíl - the re-organisation of the Defence Forces; (20) Deputy Mattie McGrath - the need to re-open the 22 closed beds at the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles, County Tipperary; (21) Deputy Alan Farrell - the need for improvement of language skills among the labour force and in our education system; (22) Deputy Robert Troy - the need to decide on the future location of the national children's hospital; (23) Deputy Michelle Mulherin - the need to investigate recent published leaks of personal banking information of individuals by nationalised banks to the media; (24) Deputy Noel Harrington - the status of the proposed Clonakilty flood relief scheme; (25) Deputy James Bannon - the need to provided funding in respect of St. Christopher's Services, Longford; (26) Deputies Joe Higgins and Clare Daly - fire safety problems at the Martello housing estate, Balbriggan, County Dublin; (27) Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin - the need to re-open the 22 closed beds at the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles, County Tipperary; and (28) Deputy Mick Wallace - the campaign led by the Migrant Rights Centre Ireland for the introduction of an earned regularisation scheme for undocumented migrants here.

The matters raised by Deputies Damien English, Seán Crowe, Mary Mitchell O'Connor and Seán Ó Feargháil have been selected for discussion.
