Aontaím leis an Teachta. I agree with the Deputy. Running rudaí ar líne is not always optimal. I absolutely acknowledge that. It is important to also acknowledge that there is a variety of schemes. For example, with regard to teacher supply, there is a scheme whereby teachers who are already qualified are supported to take up particular subjects or to add to their subject areas. An example of such an area is physics but the scheme also includes Irish. That is currently being rolled out and will mean that the existing cohort can add to their qualifications. That is not to take from the other measures I have previously outlined. Perhaps Dr. Kirk would like to come in on this point.
