If criminal wrongdoing is found, the person responsible will have to face the full rigour of the law. If people have committed disciplinary offences and have breached the Garda code, the Commissioner has clearly indicated that she will deal with that herself. I cannot put myself in a situation where I would be telling the Commissioner what she should do. I have no doubt whatsoever that, in the event of wrongdoing being found, the Commissioner will take appropriate action on foot of it.
