With regard to the Policing Authority, its new set-up and role and so on, does Ms Feehily feel the authority has enough powers? I know it is only starting out and has only been established for 12 months. Does Ms Feehily feel that the authority has enough powers to scrutinise what happened and that it will have a role in the future?
