Officials in the Pension Unit of my Department are aware of the case in question. A review of the file will be conducted and, if necessary, they will consult with other relevant sections of my Department for clarification on the matters raised by the Deputy. On completion of the review my officials will contact the person concerned directly and provide an update on their pension entitlements.
