272. To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport further to Parliamentary Question No. 262 of 4 November 2025, if the RSA has made mismatches in the past; if so, the total number discovered to date; the number wrongly inputted onto the driver record on his Department's national vehicle and driver file in error; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As set out in my earlier response, the Road Safety Authority (RSA) has responsibility in relation to the endorsement of penalty points and driver disqualifications under the Road Safety Authority Act 2006.

Given the RSA's responsibility in this matter, I have referred the Deputy's question to the RSA for direct response. Please contact my office if a reply is not received within ten days.
