Regarding the information requested by the Deputy, the amounts allocated for compensation for personal injuries criminally inflicted in the years 2020 to date and the amount expended in the years 2020 to date are detailed in the table below.
Due to the intrinsic nature of the Scheme, awards made in any given year may include awards made in respect of applications submitted in preceding years.
