The Commissioners of Public Works (OPW) took a 2 year Licence on the 2nd Floor of Trinity Point to accommodate Department of Defence staff commencing on 8th December 2023. In line with the agreed terms of the Licence, the OPW paid a total of €11,824.52 rent plus VAT and service charges of €472.08 for the period from 8-14th December 2023. Purchase of the building by the OPW was completed on the 15th December 2023.
