To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if he will review planning regulations regarding the provision of baby changing facilities in commercial and public buildings; if he agrees that baby changing facilities should be adequately provided in all toilet facilities to ensure that disabled toilets are not used by those without disabilities; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
