1145. To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if he will consider a matter (details supplied) on whether licensing regulations as part of the 1956-2018 Wildlife Acts will be altered; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [45156/25]

There is no plan to alter the permit requirements for applications under Section 42 of the Wildlife Acts 1976, as amended. All questions asked and data gathered is necessary in order to accurately assess the application and where a licence is issued, for the successful enforcement of that licence.
