To ask the Minister for Health the number of children under the care of Children’s Health Ireland that have died during or following spinal surgery since 2015, by year; the number that were reported as serious reportable events and escalated to HIQA, the HSE and her Department; the number that were investigated internally and externally, in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
