To ask the Minister for Education and Skills to provide a list of all Public-Private Partnership projects under his remit, including project name, contract value, and start/end date since 2010; and to confirm whether any projects have been subject to cost overruns, renegotiation or early termination since 2010. Please see below a list of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects under my Department’s remit which have been delivered since 2010.

The Office of Government Procurement issued guidance in 2020/2021 for public authorities setting out a cost sharing mechanism to address additional costs incurred by contractors as a result of public health measures arising from the Covid-19 pandemic. This guidance was applied on the Grangegorman Quads project as the construction programme was impacted by these public health measures. In addition to the cost sharing mechanism set out above a re-profiling of Unitary Charge payments to address the construction delays experienced as a result of Covid-19 occurred.
Projected Total Cost are published on the Central PPP Policy Unit summary updates on operational PPP projects.
