To ask the Minister for Health if the medical ulcer service at St. James’s Hospital, Dublin is still available to patients that have been treated there in the past; if she is aware of a funding issue relative to this service that has caused senior posts and other positions to remain vacant; the number of outpatients that availed of the service and if they have been referred elsewhere; and if an appointment will be expedited for a person (details supplied).
