I am advised by Garda authorities that all new applications for small public service vehicle (SPSV) licences are made at the applicant’s local Garda Station and processed in the applicant’s respective Divisional Office, or in the Dublin Metropolitan Region (DMR), by the Carriage Office in Santry Garda Station. Licences are issued by the relevant Chief Superintendent as an ‘Authorised Officer’ on behalf of the Commissioner.

During the lifespan of a SPSV Licence, the Licencing Authority may revoke a licence if it is satisfied that the holder of the licence is no longer a suitable person to hold a licence in accordance with section 12 of the Taxi Regulation Act 2013.

I am advised that PULSE functionality cannot support this request so it would involve a disproportionate demand on resources to compile it manually.
