I propose to take Questions Nos. 267 and 279 together.

I am advised by officials in the Border Management Unit (BMU) of my Department, that in order to provide a solution to the matters raised, the person cited by the Deputy should contact them directly at bmucustomerservice@justice.ie.

As an Oireachtas member, you can also request the status of individual immigration cases by e-mail, using the Oireachtas Mail facility at: IMoireachtasmail@justice.ie, which has been specifically established for this purpose. This service enables up to date information on such cases to be obtained without the need to seek information by way of the Parliamentary Question process.
