My Department does not produce employment data for the economy as a whole. The Central Statistics Office produces quarterly employment data in the Labour Force Survey, which is a nationwide survey of households in Ireland primarily designed to produce quarterly labour force estimates for Ireland in accordance with International Labour Organisation (ILO) concepts and definitions.
