The Department of the Taoiseach has been involved in the defence of eight judicial review cases during the period specified. Five of the eight cases have concluded and three cases are continuing. Of the five cases concluded, two were dismissed, one was refused and the remaining two were referred back to the Department for fresh decisions to be made.
