The Department of the Taoiseach tracks the delivery of actions committed to in the Climate Action Plan and publishes quarterly progress reports. Following approval by Government, progress reports and detailed tables of actions completed and delayed are published online and can be found here: .

The progress report for Quarters 3 and 4 of the Climate Action Plan 2024 has been published in April and shows an overall implementation rate for the year of 64%, with 80 of 125 actions completed in 2024.

Actions that were not completed during 2024 have been carried forward to be reported upon together with the new actions agreed as part of Action Plan 2025.
