To ask the Minister for Health the number of children that have been required to return to theatre due to post-operative infection following spinal fusion or growth rod procedures in Children's Health Ireland at Temple Street, CHI at Crumlin, and Cappagh National Orthopaedic Hospital, in each of the past five years, in tabular form (details supplied); and the number of children that required multiple returns to theatre to manage the infection, including debridement, washouts, implant removal, or revision surgeries; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
