I am advised by the Commissioners of Public Works (OPW) that the Garda Station at Ballon, Co. Carlow is an operational Garda Station. The OPW has not been advised by An Garda Síochána that the property is surplus to their requirements and therefore, the OPW is not in a position to consider the disposal of the property.
