To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if he has met with the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications in relation to the published review of connection policy for large energy users; if he is aware of concerns that housing targets are being placed at risk due to new capacity being used by growing data centre demand; if he is aware that the CRU believes it does not have the “statutory powers to prioritise certain policy objectives” - for example, housing; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
