In my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 1224 of 29 April 2025, I provided information to you on the funding allocations to the local authorities for their social housing second-hand acquisitions activity in 2025, including the proportion of the funding that had been recouped to them by my Department.

In respect of information on the level of funding that was committed to but may not have been recouped, or drawn down yet by the local authorities, because the detailed administration of social housing acquisitions programme is delegated to the local authorities this information is not held by my Department.
