I propose to take Questions Nos. 511, 512, 513 and 514 together.

The Terms of Reference of the Office of Public Works (OPW) are outlined in its Governance Framework. The OPW has an Audit and Risk Committee in place to advise the Accounting Officer, comprising external members and one representative of the OPW senior management. At least one member of the Board had recent, relevant financial experience during the period referred to in the Question. The Terms of Reference, audit, assurance and compliance arrangements for the OPW are set out in its Framework document, which is available at:

The Office of Regulator of the National Lottery does not have a board. The Office of Regulator of the National Lottery is constituted in the National Lottery Act 2013 as a single person office.

The Special EU Programmes Body does not have a board, in accordance with its establishing legislation.
