1689. To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he is aware of an incident (details supplied); the plans he has in place to ensure that those who commit animal cruelty face the full force of the law; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18954/25]

I am aware of the incident. My Department has liaised with National Parks and Wildlife Services (NPWS) in relation to this matter. It would not be appropriate to comment further on the individual case.
