The number of emails received in the Minister's Office and to the dedicated customer service email in 2024 are set out in the table under
Inbox Searched | Dates | Total received |
---|---|---|
customer.service@tcagsm.gov.ie | 1/1/2024-31/12/2024 | 641 |
ministers.office@tcagsm.gov.ie | 1/1/2024-31/12/2024 | 13,555 |
The Department operates a dedicated customer service mailbox and all customer service queries in 2024 were emailed to that mailbox. It is worth noting that individuals may also contact sections of the Department directly in relation to the various grant schemes the Department operates and any such queries are not logged to customer service mailbox but dealt with directly by the relevant units.
