I propose to take Questions Nos. 97 and 99 together.

The Cabinet Government Committee on Northern Ireland was established on 18 February 2025 to oversee the implementation of relevant commitments under the Programme for Government and ongoing developments in relation to Northern Ireland, relations between Ireland and Britain, and the Shared Island Initiative.

The Committee is composed of: the Taoiseach; the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Defence; the Minister for Finance; the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform; and the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration.

The Committee will meet twice a year. It is intended that the Committee will meet next in May/June.
