The FSPO publishes its Overview of Complaints on an annual basis, and it contains the information set out below. The FSPO is expected to publish the full set of 2024 data on 26 March 2025.

In July 2018, as the Examination progressed, the FSPO began to take complaints that could potentially progress, off hold. They closed 153 tracker mortgage-related complaints in 2018, and no decisions were issued.
