1283. To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine whether turbary rights are assigned to a property with a dwelling house or to land without a dwelling house; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11955/25]

I understand these questions relate to the records of the former Irish Land Commission and I have asked the Deputy to write to the Records Branch of my Department supplying further details of the specific case he has in mind to enable them to provide any assistance and if appropriate to identify any document relevant to the Deputy’s question.
