1096. To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality if he will grant a performance visa to a person (details supplied) in light of his active support and involvement in the Israeli attacks on Gaza; if his Department will grant visas for those directly involved in Israeli armed forces in Gaza; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can advise the Deputy that Israeli and United States of America citizens are not visa required. This means that they do not need to seek prior screening approval from the Immigration Service for the purpose of travel to Ireland.
