I understand that the Deputy is referring to a case which concerned a consignment of horses, originally dispatched from Northern Ireland to Great Britain.

My Department is aware of this case and has liaised with their counterparts in Northern Ireland and Great Britain to offer assistance with investigating the circumstances surrounding the case.

As this investigation is ongoing, it would not be appropriate for me to comment further on this matter.
