Two statutory instruments have been signed in 2025, the Agriculture Appeals (Amendment) Act 2024 (Part 3) Commencement Order 2025 (S.I. 7 of 2025), which commences Part 3 of the Agriculture Appeals Act 2024, and the Avian Influenza (Precautionary Confinement of Birds and Live Birds) Regulations 2025 (S.I. 31 of 2025). Several other instruments are currently being considered to introduce minor technical amendments to existing statutory instruments under the European Communities Act but none of these have been signed.
