My Department’s Internal Blended Working Policy was finalised in August 2022 and is fully aligned with the overall Civil Service Blended Working Policy Framework. The Deputy will be aware that the Programme for Government includes a commitment to review this overall policy framework.
Furthermore, the Deputy will also be aware that my Department developed and published a Blended Working Evaluation Model for the Civil Service last year. The implementation of the Department’s own Internal Blended Working Policy is kept under ongoing review. There are no planned changes to the arrangements at this point in time.
