To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he will request from Dublin City Council a detailed, itemised cost analysis of the sandbags installed in Clontarf as a flood defence measure, including the initial procurement and purchase costs of sandbags, installation costs such as labour, machinery, and contracted services, ongoing maintenance and replacement costs, storage and logistics expenses, emergency response costs related to additional deployments, any security or monitoring costs, waste disposal and removal costs of old or damaged sandbags, and administrative or consultancy fees including any feasibility studies or expert assessments sought.
