174. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform how a person (details supplied) can tender for the purpose of helicopter and air services for the Department; when tenders are opened; how long current tenders are in place; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5287/25]

Given the nature of its role, my Department does not procure helicopter or air services for its own use. However, the Office of Government Procurement, which is a division of my Department, does assist other public bodies in their procurements, which at times may include such services. Suppliers should monitor the national tendering platform eTenders for all available tenders. A supplier must be registered on the platform to be able to submit a tender. Further guidance on how to do this is available on the platform which can be found at www.etenders.gov.ie
