As Minister for Transport, I have responsibility for policy and overall funding in relation to public transport in Ireland.

The property affairs of the NTA, including the cost of rental office space, is a matter for the NTA in accordance with the provisions established under the Dublin Transport Act 2008 and Public Transport Regulation Act 2009. Accordingly, I have forwarded the Deputy's question to NTA for direct reply. Please advise my private office if you do not receive a reply within ten working days.
