To ask the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection to list the composition of his private office, inclusive of the grade and increment of each civil servant assigned to the office; whether they are located in the private or constituency office; the value of any allowance paid to those individuals and the purpose of each allowance; and if he will make a statement on the matter. At present, in my private office within my Department based in Áras Mhic Dhiarmada, I have 2 Executive Officers and 3 Clerical Officers. One officer is paid a private secretary allowance to the value of €21,774 per annum. I have no civil servants assigned to my constituency office.
