I have received a draft version of the 2023 Annual Report from the Higher Education Authority (HEA).

The HEA has informed me that the 2023 Annual Report is currently being translated into Irish and going through final design stages. It is expected that this work will be completed within the next few weeks. The HEA will send me a copy of the final 2023 Annual Report once it becomes available.

When I receive the Annual Report, I will lay it before each House of the Oireachtas. Once the Annual Report is laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas, the HEA can then publish it.

I have previously received the Higher Education Authority Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023. I laid these financial statements before the Houses of the Oireachtas on 20 August 2024.
