The information requested by the Deputy, is as follows, at the end of December 2023, 30 staff were on career break, with 4 more than 5 years. Where staff are more than 5 years, my department engages with them to determine if they are returning or resigning.

In 2024, to date, there are 25 staff on career break, with 3 more than 5 years.
