The 2022 figure was the end of year figure, so the equivalent for 2023 and 2024 is provided above. There is only one point on the salary scale for SOLAS’ CEO so the full gross figure at end of Dec of the relevant year is provided above, which is a comparison to the figure provided in 2022.

The Chief Executive Officers received no performance related pay during the period.
The Chief Executive Officers’ pension entitlements do not extend beyond the standard entitlement in the model public sector defined benefit superannuation scheme.
