Further to the response to Dáil Question Ref: 404 on 8th October 2024, I can confirm that payments cannot issue in respect of Droimeann cattle for this case as they were not included at the application stage. It will not now be possible to reopen the application to make amendments or additions.

It was advised by my Department, as per ACRES Circular No. 12/2022 dated 25th November 2022, that, once an ACRES application had been submitted in full, it would not be possible to make further changes.
