350. To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality the number of oral fluids tests conducted at mandatory intoxication testing checkpoints that were set up in each Garda division to date in 2024, in tabular form. [39711/24]

As the Deputy will be aware, under the Garda Síochána Act 2005 (as amended), the Garda Commissioner is responsible for the administration and management of An Garda Síochána, including all operational policing matters. As Minister, I have no role in such matters.
However, to be of assistance I sought the information requested by the Deputy from An Garda Síochána and have been advised that the table below sets out the yearly breakdown, by Garda Division, of the number of oral fluid tests carried out at Mandatory Intoxication Testing (MIT) Checkpoints up to and including 30 September 2024.
